Basic structure
(1)注塑模具的機構(gòu)和參數(shù)是否與注塑機相匹配。
(1) Whether the mechanism and parameters of the injection mold match the injection molding machine.
(2)注塑模具是否有合模導(dǎo)向機構(gòu),機構(gòu)設(shè)計是否合理。
(2) Whether the injection mold has a clamping guide mechanism, and whether the mechanism design is reasonable.
(3)分型面的選擇是否合理,是否有飛邊的可能,塑件是否卡在頂出機構(gòu)中設(shè)置的動模(或定模)的一側(cè)。
(3) Whether the selection of parting surface is reasonable, whether there is possibility of flash, and whether the plastic part is stuck on one side of the moving die (or fixed die) set in the ejection mechanism.
(4)型腔的布置和澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計是否合理。澆口與塑料原料是否相容,澆口位置是否對等,澆口和流道的幾何形狀和尺寸是否合適,流量比是否合理。
(4) Whether the layout of the mold cavity and the design of the gating system are reasonable. Whether the gate is compatible with plastic raw materials, whether the gate position is equal, whether the geometry and size of gate and runner are appropriate, and whether the flow ratio is reasonable.
(5)成型件的設(shè)計是否合理。

(6)彈射彈射機構(gòu)和側(cè)陽型。或者抽芯機構(gòu)是否合理、、可靠、有無干擾和遮擋。

(7)是否有排氣機構(gòu),其形式是否合理。

(9)支撐部件的結(jié)構(gòu)是否合理。
(9) Whether the structure of supporting parts is reasonable.
(10)外形尺寸能否保證安裝,固定方式的選擇是否合理可靠,安裝螺栓孔與注射機構(gòu)和定模固定板上的螺孔位置是否一致.
(10) Whether the overall dimension can ensure installation, whether the selection of fixing method is reasonable and reliable, and whether the position of mounting bolt hole is consistent with that of screw hole on injection mechanism and fixed mold fixing plate

Design drawings
(1)裝配圖。零部件的裝配關(guān)系是否清晰,匹配代號是否正確合理標(biāo)注,零部件標(biāo)注是否齊全,是否與明細(xì)表中的序號對應(yīng),相關(guān)描述是否標(biāo)注清楚,整個注塑模具的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度如何。
(1) Assembly drawings. Whether the assembly relationship of parts and components is clear, whether the matching code is correctly and reasonably marked, whether the marking of parts and components is complete, whether it corresponds to the serial number in the list, whether the relevant description is clearly marked, and how standardized the whole injection mold is.
(2)零件圖。零件編號、名稱、加工數(shù)量是否標(biāo)注準(zhǔn)確,尺寸公差及各種公差是否合理、齊全,成型件易磨損部位是否有預(yù)留磨削量,哪些零件具有超高精度要求,以及這樣的要求是否合理,每個零件的材料墊是否合適,熱處理要求和表面粗糙度要求是否合理。
(2) Part drawings. Whether the part number, name and processing quantity are correctly marked, whether the dimensional tolerance and various tolerances are reasonable and complete, whether there is reserved grinding amount for the easily worn parts of the formed parts, which parts have ultra-high precision requirements, and whether such requirements are reasonable, whether the material pad of each part is appropriate, and whether the heat treatment requirements and surface roughness requirements are reasonable.
(3)繪圖方法。
